Jizelle is dedicated to providing a safe space for clients with a warm, empathetic and collaborative therapeutic style.

Jizelle is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Jizelle is a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Master of Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about enhancing mental health and well-being across the lifespan, welcoming children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds.

Jizelle uses an integrative approach tailored to the clients needs, drawing from evidence-based interventions including:

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
