Jenna Campbell

Clinical Psychologist​

Jenna is a Clinical Psychologist who enjoys supporting people to get their emotional needs met in life.

Jenna is available on Mondays to Thursdays each week.

Jenna has a keen interest in supporting her clients to develop insight into patterns of behaviour that are keeping them stuck. She believes that knowledge is key and that her clients should leave the therapy process knowing just as much about therapy as she does. Jenna is experienced in treating:

  • depression

  • anxiety

  • stress

  • low self-esteem

  • emotion dysregulation

  • adjustment to change

  • anger

 

Jenna has a warm and engaging therapeutic style and will actively tailor therapy to meet the needs of the adult clients with whom she works. She is experienced in using a number of evidence-based therapies including:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Schema Focused Therapy (SFT)

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
