James is available on Mondays and Tuesdays.
James Wallace is a Registered Psychologist known for his approachable, gentle, and good-humored nature. Currently completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar program, James provides a safe and reflective space for clients to explore their relationships, personal challenges, and inner experiences. By fostering curiosity and self-discovery, James helps clients address unresolved or unconscious experiences, empowering them to move forward with clarity and purpose.
James works with older teens and young adults navigating independence and identity, as well as adults seeking introspection and personal growth. He welcomes clients from any background, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Anxiety Disorders: Including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic, health anxiety and dissociation. James also works with clients experiencing persistent anxiety due to underlying conditions such as trauma, particularly when previous skills-based therapies haven’t resolved symptoms.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Help with managing intrusive thoughts and compulsions using structured exposure therapy.

Addiction: Assistance in reducing substance or alcohol use, pornography addiction, gambling, and excessive internet or video game use.
