Courtney has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain, and trauma. Her therapeutic approach is client-centred and collaborative, drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
